Channel balance 2630 bottom guide

Question

I am trying to find this bottom plastic Channel balance guide. Do you know what part number it is? I have included photos showing the dimensions.
It is 7/8" from wing to back. 1" across the wing and 9/16" across the bottom, below the wings. The Channel balance is a 2630.

We can supply this balance, but it will have to be a custom order. Basically, it would be a standard balance like our S380-27, but we would replace the bottom fitting for our smaller 15-029, since yours is only 7/8" deep.
