Channel balance 27B

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance can be replaced with the S795-27 balance, with a 27B stamp. To determine if our most common configuration of this balance is the correct one for the repair, I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment and how it installs at the top of the window track.

I'll also need to know whether the metal cam on the shoe is opened or closed off in the back.
