Looking for a 2740 EL Channel balance

Hello,

I need to replace my channel balance on my window. The part number is 2740 EL. It looks like S390-28 would be the replacement part. I just wanted to verify that this is correct?

There's not a correlation between that 2740 number and the part number. In fact, the 2740 is not a part number. Don't worry, though. Send photos if you want us to check your choice of balance.
