Channel balance

Hi there, I am submitting this on my dads behalf. He needs a replacement part on one of the windows and this was all the information he gave me. There is a number on the part that says 162 LN CALDWELL. The part is 17 inches long and 1/2 an inch wide. I tried looking through the website but couldn't find the specific part. Could I get some assistance please. Also i'm not sure if that is in fact the part number or an address. If you could direct me to a website where I can order the part myself that would also be helpful.

Take a look at the webpage for our S385-17 channel balance. It looks like yours. Just verify the size of the bottom attachment, shown below. If that's your shoe, the link above will guide you to a page where you can order your channel balance. "16 2" is commonly replaced by our SWISCO 1620 stamp option, which is important when you go to place an order.
