Hi I have ordered 2 sets of channel balances so far but I ordered the wrong ones. The window is made by Anderson it?s about 18 years old. I threw out the old balances when I got the new ones. I think they were marked 350S or S350. The window weight is 33.8 lbs and is 37? long. The bottom plastic piece On the new ones are too big for the window. Both the top and bottom plastic pieces are different than the ones in the pictures. The pictures are from another window that is much smaller than the one I?m trying to replace. The first order I made was #1008144 and the second one is #1027781. I hope you can sort this mess I made out and get me the right set of channel balances ASAP.
