I need a pair. One of mine has the following identifying markings: "20 5 HP Caldwell".

The metal housing is 1/2" wide x 5/8 deep. The metal housing, not including the plastic pieces on the ends, is 20 7/8" long.

Can you take some careful measurements for me? First, measure the metal bar again. Is it 20-5/8" or (basically) 21"? Two different sizes exist.

Second, could you take a measurement of the depth of the bottom of the shoe? That'll determine if you need the Series 380 (with a 1" shoe) or Series 385 (with a 1-3/32" shoe). See the photo below for details.

The correct measurement position would actually be for you to hook the measuring tape on the back end of the "wing", not the front where you have it. That would probably push the depth to slightly above 1". Re-measure. If it's even a hair more than 1", I would suspect that it originally measured 1-3/32" before wearing down.

Double check and let me know.

Thanks, Ben. The metal bar is basically 21 inches.
The depth of the bottom shoes is 1". I included a picture to ensure I'm measuring correctly.

I look forward to your reply.

Thanks. I remeasured and it is a hair over the 1" mark so let's assume 1-3/32".

Awesome. That would be our S385-21 balance with a 2050 option.
