Channel balance length is 29 inches

I have a fold down window with a channel balance length of 29". 29C is stamped on the channel balance. Can you help me identify the proper channel balance. Thanks, Mike

We thank you for your photos. We are able to see the photos of the channel balance. However, it is still installed. Could you please remove it and send us detailed photos of the entire balance so that we can take a look and get back to you with our suggestions.? Are you also looking to replace your pivot shoe? If so, we would need for you to remove that as well and send us a few more photos along with measurements.

Photos attached. I do not believe I need the pivot shoe as it seems to be working ok. I am unfamiliar with this window, would you have any videos on how to reinstall this channel balance? Thanks for your help, Mike
