Channel balance for Milgard window. Number printed on part is 26 3 LV CMC 1

Can you tell from this information what item I need as a replacement?

The length Of the metal is 27 inches.

You could either use our S385-27 or S380-27 channel balance as a replacement depending on the depth of your bottom balance nylon shoe. Look over the measurements of each of ours and compare it to yours. See which one is a match. For wither one you choose, you would go with the 2630 option.
