Channel balance stamped 3030

A home owner from Rochester Hills Mi. says:
I believe this is a S372, it measures 1/2 ? wide, 31? long, stamped 3030, top guide is 3/4?wide,balance shoe is 1 3/8? wide. This is for a Weathervane window, all wood, inside and outside, these windows are 23 years old and came with the house when built.
A home owner from Rochester Hills Mi. says:
I don?t know how the question marks got in my post but those are the actual measurements.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be specially made. The Series 372 won't replace this. The attachments we'll be using are our 19-038 top and 15-193 bottom. I think you'll see these match very well.

Before we begin, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.

A home owner from Rochester Hills Mi. says:
Hi Tom, thanks for getting back with me. Somewhere I read that you should replace both balances and not just one side. If that is the case I would like to purchase two.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Yep, we usually always recommend that. It'll make sure your new balances last longer, since otherwise the new side will have to work extra hard to make up for the weaker, older side. I'll shoot that information over now.
