Channel balance

Question

channel balance 1/2 inch, non tilt window, the channel balance has 32 4 FV CMC 7 stamped on it. What replacement part do I need?

Thanks for your question. You may be able to use our S385-33 or S380-33 channel balance. The decision is narrowed down to the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure yours to see which of these balances your shoe is most compatible to. Either one you choose will use a 3240 option.
