Channel balance

Hi, I just bought a old town house and have the non-tilt metal windows. There are total 12 channel balances need to be replaced. Please find the pictures I took from two windows. I measured the size of part is 3/8" wide and 25" long. The part NO is 24 c. Please let me know if you carry this part. Thanks.

Hi John, thanks for reaching out & congrats on the new townhouse! Can we see the top and bottom plastic attachments on your balance? You may have an S800, but the only way to confirm is by seeing the complete balance. Thanks!
