Need Channel Balance Replacement

Hello and thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like either our Series 351 or Series 390 Channel Balance. The only difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Below are the dimensions of each respective shoe. Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best.

Can you confirm that the metal channel (but not including nylon attachments) is 33 inches long? If so, then you would choose a balance length of 33". Finally, is there a stamped number somewhere on the balance? This should correspond with one of the stamp options you must select on the product page after you have already selected the right series and balance length.
