Channel balance

Hello, I have a broken channel balance and trying to replace it. However I can not find the part number that is on the balance.

27" long, 1/2 wide

I would truly appreciate some help.

Thanks for posting, Maria. See either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two Series is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With the Series 380 the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 385 it is 1-3/32". Compare with your own and see what is best.

Once you know which balance to select, you must choose a stamp option. Your stamp code of 26 4 should conform to our stamp option of 2640. Let us know if you have any questions.

I am having a hard time measuring the shoe.
on the angle I measure the shoe, I get between 1 1/32" and 1 3/32"

Would you mind looking at the pictures and give me your best guess? Thank you so much for the help!

Judging from the photos, I think the S385-27 should work just fine. If it's measuring a little less than 1-3/32", this is probably only due to the wearing down of the shoe over time.
