Hi there, we'll need to see those plastic ends. The stamp helps us identify the spring tension, but to identify the style, we'll need to see the ends.

Thank you for the additional pictures.

It appears you have either a Series 351 or a Series 390 channel balance. The difference in these two balances lies in the shoe.

The series 351 channel balance has the 15-002 shoe while the series 390 channel balance has the 15-001 shoe.

The 15-001 shoe is 1/8" larger from front to back.

The shoe is the bottom plastic end, or nylon fitting, on your balance that you show in your pictures. The Series 351 and Series 390 are identical except for the fact that the 'depth' of the bottom nylon attachment is a bit deeper on the Series 390, as the picture Michael posted above illustrates. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see what matches best.

It would be the one that measures 1 1/8 on the bottom side . The 15-001. I would like to order 6 please
