Looking at your photos, I am drawn to our S390-28 channel balance. Look it over and see if both of your nylon fittings match up with ours. For the stamping, we believe yours corresponds with our 2765, which holds a sash weight from 33-36 pounds. You just want to confirm your sash weight lies within that weight amount. If it does, then this may be the piece you need.
