I ordered 26" series 350, 2510 and it fits great, but doesn't hold the weight of the window (replaced both sides - non-tilt)
The only marking on my original is "25 4 FP CALDWELL"
With out weighing the window, is there a better option for me?

Hello,
It looks like the balances you ordered had 2510 spring strength options, which supports far less weight than the 2540 stamp option on your original balance. If you order the S350-26 with 2540 spring strength options, they should have enough tension to support your sash. Thank you!
