Channel Balance Identification

I think the part on the channel reads 34-3 B5 Caldwell. The length of the metal part only is 35 inches (34 15/16 to be exact. I think this is a model 351 that is 35 inches long but I want to be sure.

Thanks for posting. This certainly looks like either the S351-35 or S390-35. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3430.
