Channel balance

A home owner from Lakeland, FL says:
So I know this is a 17" balance and I've found the s380-s385 that resemble it but my shoe depth is 7/8. If I get the s380 can I shave off 1/8 or do you offer a version with the 7/8 shoe?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

We can attach the 7/8" deep 15-029 shoe on a balance for you, but it would have to be a custom order. If you were interested, let me know the stamp printed on the balance and how many you needed and I can email you an order link and price quote for that quantity.

You can also just shave down the shoe on a Series 380, if you'd prefer. I've done that myself in a pinch and it works fine. Just note that you won't then be able to return that balance for a refund if anything else goes wrong.

A home owner from Lakeland, FL says:
Thanks for the reply. Here is the photo with the stamp. I will need 2 of those.

Tom from SWISCO responded:

That's not what I was expecting, to tell the truth! Your stamp is very peculiar and unlike anything I've seen before. Can you tell me the exact weight of the sash, instead? I'm wondering if you have some kind of extra heavy sash that requires a special stamp.

A home owner from Lakeland, FL says:
The weight is 19.2lbs

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thank you. That can be replaced with a 1650 stamp option, which carries the same weight. I will email you a purchase link and price quote now for two of these balances.
