Channel balance

Hi there! I'm looking for a replacement balance for my window. The item has no markings or numbers. The pictures are the top and bottom fittings. The channel is ½ x ½ x 23 inches. I need 2 of them.

Hello,
With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-23 or S385-23 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need to locate the stamp on your balances metal channel to choose the correct spring strength option for your replacements.

Hello again. I took a picture of the measurement. I'm not sure if this 1 ¹/16 is 1 ³/32. I will wait for your reply.

The most important thing is that it's greater than 1". Sometimes these shoes wear down from use over time, so 1-3/32" can become 1-1/16". But so long as it's greater than 1", it's a safe bet in my estimate that the Series 385 is what you need.
