See our S751-33 Ribbed Tilt Channel Balance. You'll need to choose a stamp option, though your stamp code isn't quite like any of ours. You might be able to use 32R, which is for a sash that weighs  15 through 24 lbs. But if in doubt, obtain the exact weight of your window sash.

A home owner from Haddam, CT says:
Thank you for your response. The actual weight of the sash is 26.3 pounds. Would you recommend the S751-33HD?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for telling me this detail. If the sash weighs just over 26 lbs, then yes, a stamp option of 32HD, which supports a sash that weighs 24 through 29 lbs, makes more sense. Let me know if you have further questions.
