Channel balance

I have a channel balance that is 1/2" inch wide and is 29" inches long. There is a stamping on it that reads 2840 c. I have ordered from you a couple years ago and this is the same part just a shorter length. The parts you sent me before had a19-038 top and a 15-193 bottom.

Hello! This setup looks to be the same as the one you bought before, other than size. We can definitely supply this as a custom order. Can you just tell me how many you need?

I need 2 of them. I believe you recommend replacing both sides so that one side is not doing all the work.
