29 3 B.S.I 0L Channel balance

A home owner from Carlsbad, CA says:
Stamped with "29 3 B.S.I 0L". The 'B.S.I' Is perpendicular to the rest of the characters. I believe the windows are from a company called Pacific Window Corporation that no longer exists.

I have several windows that are not working properly. They're different sizes, & probably have a small variety of problems, so we'll just start with this channel balance & go from there.

Thanks for your help!

This looks like either an S380-30 or S385-30, depending on the bottom nylon shoe depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both balances with your old hardware to see which matches best. In either event, you'll need a stamp option of 2930.

Thanks Bob! A few questions:

1) I think my 4th photo shows the 'heel-to-toe' measurement as 1", meaning I want the S380-30. Is that correct?

2) I've requested to be auto-notified when S380-30 with option '2930' is back in stock. Any idea how long I should expect that to be?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for replying. Yes, the depth does look closer to the Series 380 to my eyes, but double-check to confirm. If it's any less than 1", let me know.

Some of our suppliers have been working with limited crews this summer, so unfortunately some of our balances have been out-of-stock. They've been consistently coming back into supply however, so I don't think it will be much longer for the S380-30 to return either. Apologies for any inconvenience.
