I'm pretty confident we can help, but the top fitting on this balance looks like it's mostly damaged. Is there an undamaged version, with the top fitting intact, that you can show us? Can you also confirm the metal channel length (not including the fittings on both ends), as well as show us any stamp code on the metal channel? From there we should be able to move this along for you. Thanks.

I'm gulty of ordering the wrong ballance can I return the ones I got here are pictures of the top as well as the stamp number bsi 2920

Thanks for getting back to me. You have Old Security channel balances. We don't carry these in stock, but we can custom make them for you without issue. They'll be 30" long, stamped 2920, and use our 19-042 Top and 15-005 Bottom fittings. I just sent you an email with a custom link enclosed to order (4) of them.
