34DS BSI DR41 Series 351 Channel balance

A quick learner from Madison , WI says:

I am looking for a channel balance exactly like S351-35. Except I need a double spring and a higher weight. The markings on the one in the photo are 34DS BSI DR41. BSI is turned sideways. I greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter. Thank you
