Channel balance

I have 5 windows -- Series Summit 8680 SH -- that need the channel balance replaced. Could you please tell me the part number for this?

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of your balance removed from the window, including the top attachment, bottom attachment and the stamp on the metal channel. Thank you!
