That label doesn't tell me anything about your balance. The only way to identify those is to go by physical details. In order to help, please remove an undamaged version of your balance from the window and show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, any stamp or marking that you see, and the metal hook at the end of the cord. We can work from there.
