Here are the un-damaged ends of both of the channel balance.

It looks like this can be either the S380 or the S385. Could you help me determine which one is the right one?

Nvm, i figured it out. the bottom shoe has a depth of 1.09 inch which means this is a S385. I have ordered this and my order number is 1655217
