Channel balance

Question

Hi, one of the channel balances on my sliding window need to be replaced. The cable has broken off.

Looks like the width is 1/2 inch.

There's a print that says "32 4 DV CMC 7" on the rod.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the heel-to-toe measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 3240.
