Channel balance

A home owner from Bartlett, IL says:
Apologize I do not have a photo of this installed as it fell out of my lower sash when opening my window. I have two large Hurd Vinyl clad windows I'm no longer able to open due to this hardware failing. Would be looking to replace on both windows to get each lower sash working for the summer! Struggling to identify a good replacement on my own. Markings are uploaded with one of the photos. Metal portion (without plastic end pieces) is 33". String that acts as the pulley with the spring appears to be what snapped.

Hello,

It'd hard to tell if your top fitting has wings or not. If not, you could have either our S351-33, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-33, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. You'll also need a 3260 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
