Channel balance

Question

I,m looking for a replacement channel balance, 2 I guess. It is in a Milgard non tilting window. The metal part of the channel measures 27". There is an ink stamp on the the channel, as follows; 26 4 fq Caldwell.
Can you tell me which of your channels will work? Attached are photos. Thanks

Hey there!

This balance appears to match our S380-27 or S385-27 depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. Measure as shown below to determine the proper Series. You will also need the 2640 spring strength option.
