Channel balance

Question

After removing the window I found that the cable was broken on one side. Also there is a white plastic piece and a loose screw that fell out when I removed the window.

It looks like you have an extended travel channel balance which features a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, as well as an extended cord travel and a metal channel length of 26-7/8".
