I'm looking for the correct 17" channel balance for a non-tilt Mercer window. Do you carry this part pictured? I don't see it on your website.

Hey there, thanks for posting! Your balances appear to be either the S380-17 with a 1" shoe or the S385-17 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window. Look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. You'll need to select the 1640 stamp.
