Channel balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. I recognize what you have here. It's an extended travel channel balance that has the pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 5/8" which is what makes it custom. I'd just like to confirm something before we proceed. You said that one balance is stamped 14 5 and the other is stamped 14 2. Are these balances from the same window or from different windows? 

Thanks for confirming! I just wanted to make sure we're on the same page. What I will do now is email you a purchase link for (2) with the 14-5 stamp and (2) with the 14-2 stamp that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note, there is a 5-6 business week lead time. 

No, the stamps tell us the weight they're calibrated for. As a policy, we always recommend sticking with the original stamps on your balances unless the windows have had issues with closing and opening. 

Note, going with a higher stamp doesn't mean the window will be easier to open or that the balance is more durable.
