Hello, I'm looking for two of these. It is 22 in. Long by 1/2 in wide. The sash weighs 12 lbs. There is a number stamped on it [ 2140]. I hope you can help. Please let me know if more info is needed.

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have an older version of either the S380-22 with a 1" shoe or the S385-22 with a 1-3/32" shoe.

To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

Since your sash weighs 12lbs, you'll need the 2130 stamp. This stamp indicates that this balance can carry a sash weighing 12 to 15lbs.

It is 1 3/32. What about the other end of the channel, the black piece? How much are these? Do you have them in stock?

Hi Jeff,

We do not carry the top guide from your existing balance. However, our S385-22 should work fine as replacement. These balances come fully assembled with the top and bottom attachments.
