It looks like either the Series 351 or Series 390 ought to be a good match. The only difference between them is the depth of the bottom fitting as shown below. You'll have to measure yours to see which Series is best for your repair. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel that will indicate what strength option you'll need for your replacements.
