Need replacement channel balance. Not sure which one to order. Can you help. Hope pics help. Thanks. Kate

Hi Kate,

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can supply you with the channel balance you need, however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment of the balance. This is the plastic attachment that is installed by the spring inside the metal channel.

I'll also need to know the stamp/markings from the your metal channel. If there are none, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash your balances support.

I have attached pics of what was requested The numbers are stamped and unclear. From what I can see they read 26 4 a sideways BSI and can't make out the last numbers. Hope this helps. Thanks

Thanks for the photos. You have either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp.
