Take a look at the S795-32 channel balances. The 32-3 stamp indicates that you most likely need 32C strength options to support a window sash between 20-25 lbs. It also looks like your balances use the 15-195B open cam t-lock shoes, which you would order as well to swap out the 15-195 shoes that come with our balances by following the video below. Thank you!
