We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. We'll just need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send you an order link. Thank you!

Hello Casey,
So, I guess it's just the length that's not standard, I see you guys have 33'' and the attachments look like mine. Do think that will work? But I'm not the expert here! I just want to get the parts that will fit my window without any issues.
If you're custom order the pieces, can I return them if they don't work?
I only need one piece but I guess I have to order 2. Also please note the channel is 5/8.

The length is just one aspect of your balances that differs from our stock replacements. yours actually has an extended travel pulley system, whcih is why there is a wheel inside of the bottom fitting that our standard balances do not have. You'll also notice that the shape of the fitting differs from the options shown on our website, whcih is why these balances need to be custom-ordered.
Unfortunately, custom orders are not able to be returned for a refund but they would be the correct replacements based on what is shown in your photos. One thing to note is that the replacement balances will have wings on the top and bottom fittings, but that will not interfere with the functionality of the window.
