Is the photo and the number on the part enough to determine the correct balance to replace or do I need to remove and measure length

Hello,

I am confident we can supply you with with the replacement balance you need however, to confirm the right replacement, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window.

Since you've already included photos of the bottom shoe attachment, I'll just need to see a photo of the top plastic attachment from the balance. The stamp provided only indicates the weight range the balance can carry to support the sash.
