Channel balance

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! Your balances look a like our S380-25 with a 1" shoe or our S385-25 with a 1-3/32" shoe. Given your stamp, I believe your balances have a 25" metal channel length.

To determine which series is needed for your window, carefully look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Keep in mind, there is a chance that it could measure 7/8". If so, please let me know as these will need to be a custom assembly.

Based on the stamp in the photo you'll need to select the 2420 stamp option. If you do have a balance stamped with a 2470, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash that balance is used for. The 2740 stamp will likely need to be a custom assembly.
