Channel balance

We should be able to assist with replacement channel balances. To further review, we will need to see clear images of the top and bottom nylon attachments on the metal channel. We will also need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point of the spring and pulley system. From there we can determine the series your window uses.
