Hi,
Don't know how many I will need.
I will eventually need 2 types:
#1720 18"L X 1/2"W
#2020 (I believe it's 20"H) X 1/2" W

Question I can't see exctly the type of guides they are. Will Are they critical to have?
What would the cost be for each, and guides.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you!
Claudio

Hey Claudio. Assuming the nylon attachments on both ends of the metal channel are the same for both sets of balances, then I think the 18" balances are either our S351-18 or S390-18, with a stamp option of 1720; the balances stamped 2020 should be 21" long (not including the end attachments), and will be either the S351-21 or S390-21, with a stamp option of 2020. The difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See the diagram below for reference. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best.

I believe the Top Sash Guides might be the 18-187 pair, but please compare with undamaged guides to confirm. Let me know if you have further questions.
