Hello,

We can't be sure without seeing an intact top fitting from an undamaged balance but it looks like you could have either the S380-33 or S385-33 channel balance. Make sure to confirm that the 19-005 top fitting matches an intact balance. You’ll also need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

Note that you'll need 3275 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Went to put the channel balances on and I think the bottom clips must be broken - the right one is obviously broken. Couldnt get them to latch. Can you help?
