Channel balance

Question

These are from Atrium Series 450 vinyl double hung window. If the plastic piece in top left photo is available I can snap it in to replace broken part. The width of the channel is 9/16".

Your inverted link reminds me of the 15-224 at first glance but it is meant to attach to the 15-216, which differs from our shoe. Your inverted link also appears to use a type of alignment guide clipped onto the base, which ours doesn't use. If you could show us photos of your pivot shoe removed from the window, that may help us determine if any of our parts might work for your application. Thank you!
