Channel balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. The stamp shown here isn't a part number or an identifier so we'll need more information. Can you remove an undamaged balance and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.
