Channel balance

Hi I'm in need of 8 channel balances. Single hung windows The silver metal part appears to be 24" long with only markings of 2320F. These are from original build here in Port Saint Lucie Florida which was back in 1984. I recently ordered 2 small parts for the sash.

To add: I ordered Top Sash Guide Pair # 18-042. I received these o. The mail yesterday and was able to use them on the window sash. So they did fit my window sash, so adding this comment to help determine what part I need for a new channel balance. Thanks.

Thank you for your expert advice on choosing the correct parts to replace my channel balanced. I've waited so long, actually since I purchased the house in 2018, to try my skills in repairing these old broken channel balances. I'm thrilled to know there is a company so willing to assist its customers. This has given me the confidence I needed to do this.
