Balance width is 5/8 the depth of bottom shoe is 7/8

Thanks for posting! You window balance can likely be replaced with the S378-29 Channel Balance. Be sure to double check that the length of the channel (excluding the attachments) is 29".

You can use likely use the 2820 stamp option, which will support a sash weighing 12 to 16lbs. It may be a good idea to double check the sash weight as well.
