Channel balance

My channel measures 31" by 9/16" and carried the inscription 30-E-50 as you see in the photo.
What is the correct replacement and do you have them in stock?

Hey there,

Thanks for your post! I'll need to see photos of the top and bottom attachments from the balance to determine the best replacement. The stamp from the balance tells us the weight range the balance should be able to support but it cannot be used to identify the series.

Please be sure to include photos of any other hardware that may be in the window track as well.

Thanks for the additional photos. Your window balances can be replacement with either the S351-31 or the S390-31. To determine the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of your bottom shoe.

You may be able to use the 3050 stamp option but it would be advised to double check that your sash weight falls between 28 to 32lbs.

Oddly enough, the measurement on mine lies right in between 1" and 1- 1/8 ". It actually measures 1-1/16"

Thanks for confirming. It is very likely the shoe has been worn down due to wear and tear from opening and closing the window. That said, the S390-31 should work well to replace your balances.
