This is from a Millard window , it looks like a S385, but what do you say? thank you

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your part resembles the S385-33, but so does the S380-33. The important difference between them is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below. You can also select the 3240 stamp option for your replacements.
