Channel balance

Hello there. I am sure we can help but we need a little more information. Is there a stamp on the metal channel can you show us? Can you confirm the length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments on both ends? And finally, can you show us pictures that further show the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel? That should narrow this all down.

Thanks for getting back to me. It looks like you have either an S380-24 or S385-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, as shown below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. You also have to choose a stamp option, which reflects the strength of the balance. If there is no stamp on the old balance, weigh the window sash the balances support. You can sue that weight range to find the right stamp code. Let us know if you have further questions.
